Free iPhone 4 Cases Beginning To Arrive In The US

The free bumpers promised to us by Steve Jobs came with a lengthy waiting list with the earliest orders expected to be shipped in September, however, it seems that some are beginning to arrive a bit earlier than that. The free cases began arriving in the UK last month, but there was no sign of them in the US.
But now several MacWorld contributors have received their cases over the past week with their orders being placed at the end of July just as the free case program began. They were told that shipping dates would be August 27th or later, with the earliest arrival of September 1st. It looks like Apple are moving things on a bit with some of the cases arriving 3-4 weeks earlier than their expected arrival dates.
However they seem to limited to just Apple’s Bumpers and the Clear Incase Snap Cases that are being shipped early. There is no sign of the other models as of yet.
If you haven’t applied for your free case be sure to do so with the Apple iPhone 4 Case Program App which you can download via the app store. The program runs until September 30th and iPhone 4 owners who purchased their device after July 23rd must apply within 30 days of purchase to be eligible. And if you bought before July 23rd, you have until August 22nd to apply
