Next iPhone To Be Called iPhone HD Not iPhone 4G!

Well today seems to be a day of unofficial news that probably isn’t true at all. Earlier I posted news from an Apple “Associate” that claimed to be working for Apple and the next iPhone will be released on June 1st 2010.
Now it seems his buddy has decided to drop a few hints to us as well. Gregory Hannigan, GregoryH@AppleAdmin.com told us

“Yeah I work for apple’s regional branch in South Asia, the iPhone HD will be released on June 1st, 2010 in USA. We hope the iPhone HD will receive the same, if not better response as the 3gs. Thank You Apple fans for your continuous support and feedback”.

See that reference to the iPhone HD there? Hmmm so there’s not iPhone 4G! I’m not actually going to rule this one out as we have no idea what the next iPhone will be called as yet and iPhone HD doesn’t actually sound to bad and is somewhat plausible.

And just to add more to the iPhone HD rumor, there’s now an advert up on YouTube for the iPhone HD, and I must say it’s a pretty slick looking device and I wouldn’t mind if the next iPhone looked like this, HD or 4G for that matter.
