Mini iPhone – Edge To Edge Screen & Voice Navigation?

Rumors of a mini iPhone first cropped up on the web a couple of days a go. The wall street journal has also been running a story about this mini next generation iPhone. They say that this mini iPhone is intended to be for sale alongside Apple’s current line of iPhones and that it’s about half the size of the current iPhone 4.
The person who saw the prototype of the new iPhone said the device was significantly lighter than the iPhone 4 and had an edge-to-edge screen that could be manipulated by touch, as well as a virtual keyboard and voice-based navigation.
They also said that Apple are planning on updating the iPhone 4 this year as well, so that will be the iPhone 5 we can be certain.

An edge to edge screen would certainly make the phone look pretty slick, but it could cause problems for people using it who are a bit clumsy with their fingers. Voice navigation is already found in the iPhone, but it’s only rather basic so it’s not too sure what they mean by this.
